Your phones and your CRM don't talk
For most MSPs, the phone is where deals actually move forward. It's also the one place the CRM can't see.
Dialing blind
Your rep calls from a desk phone or a separate app with no idea who they talked to last week, what was said, or what time it is where the prospect is.
Calls that never happened
If it isn't typed into the CRM afterward, the call is lost. Most aren't, so your pipeline is missing the conversations that matter most.
Coaching from memory
You can't coach what you can't hear. Without recordings and real numbers, call reviews turn into guesswork.
Everything your rep needs, before the prospect says hello
Click to call from a lead, contact, or deal, or work straight through the daily queue. The call workspace puts the conversation and the context side by side.
Your script, on screen
An opening, discovery questions, a close, and "If they say…" responses for the objections MSP prospects actually raise. Pick "Left voicemail" and the voicemail script takes its place.
Context before they answer
Recent call attempts and every number on file, so the rep picks the right one. Calling a contact also shows open deals and the activity timeline.
Their local time
When the record has a time zone, the workspace shows the prospect's local time, so nobody calls a dental office at 7:45 in the morning.
Book the meeting on the call
When the prospect says yes, the rep books time on the right calendar without hanging up or switching apps.
Keypad and mute
Get through phone trees with the on-screen keypad. Mute, and choose your microphone and speaker in settings.
Save and go to the next call
Turn on "Save & next" and the next call in the queue opens the moment you log an outcome. No hunting for who's next.
Outcomes that actually move the deal forward
Every call ends with one or two clicks that tell Gabriel what happened, and Gabriel acts on it.
Where the call landed
- Connected
- No answer
- Busy
- Left voicemail
- Reached gatekeeper
- Bad / wrong number
What came of the conversation
- Meeting booked
- Callback requested
- Interested – not now
- Not interested
- Not a fit
- Do not contact
What the gatekeeper gave you
- Got direct line
- Got best time to call
- Left message
- Will transfer / intro
- Blocked
- No useful info
What happens next, automatically
- A direct line from the gatekeeper is saved to the record.
- A "best time to call" or a callback request holds the next step until then.
- A bad number parks the step instead of burning another attempt.
- Meeting booked or do not contact ends the prospect's cadence automatically.
Hear every call. Keep only what you should.
Recordings and transcripts land on the timeline next to the notes, under retention rules you control.
Dual-channel recording
Record each side on its own track, or in mono. Turn recording on or off for the whole team.
Speaker-labelled transcripts
After the call, the recording is transcribed with each speaker labelled and timestamped. Read it right in the player on the lead, contact, or company timeline.
Stored in your private storage
Recordings move into your account's private storage, and the copy at the phone carrier is deleted.
Retention you set
Keep recordings forever, or auto-delete after 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days, with the option to delete transcripts too.
Deletion you control
Only managers and admins can delete recordings unless you allow reps to. Every deletion is written to an audit log.
Coach with numbers, not hunches
See dials, conversations, and meetings by period, rep, and cadence. Charts show where calls land, what came of them, and the best time of day to call.
The by-rep table compares connect rate, conversations, meetings, talk time, and dials per day. A plain-English coaching line points out where each rep is losing people. Rates stay hidden until there are at least 10 calls, so nobody gets judged on three dials.
Reps get their own view too: today's dials, connects, talk time, and where calls landed, right inside the queue.
What the report tracks
Outbound only, on purpose
Gabriel's dialer is built for one job: your team calling prospects to win new agreements. It isn't an inbound phone system, help desk line, or call center, and we don't pretend it is. Keep your existing phone system for support calls.
Calling questions, answered
Do I need my own Twilio account?
Yes. Calling runs on a Twilio account you own, so you pay Twilio's published rates for minutes and numbers with no markup from us. Transcription works the same way with your own Deepgram or AssemblyAI key.
Is this a power dialer?
No. Gabriel dials one call at a time, with the script and context on screen, and "Save & next" moves straight to the next call. It's built for reps having real conversations with business owners, not for blasting through lists.
Can prospects call us back on it?
Gabriel's dialer is outbound only. It isn't a phone system, call center, or IVR, so keep your existing phone system for inbound calls.
What about call-recording consent?
Recording laws vary by state. You decide whether recording is on for your team, and your reps should follow your consent policy on every call.
Can AI summarize my calls?
Yes, from your notes. One click turns call notes into a summary, action items, and a follow-up, using your own OpenAI or Anthropic key.
What if Twilio isn't connected yet?
Click-to-call falls back to your device's phone app, so your team can start calling on day one and switch to in-browser calling once Twilio is connected.
