Why one plan instead of tiers?
Tiered pricing always strands someone — the feature they need is one tier up, but they can't justify the jump. We'd rather price one plan honestly and ship every feature to every customer.
Are there really no object limits?
No contact caps, no deal caps, no pipeline caps, no automation caps. The CRM is yours to fill.
Do you charge extra for AI?
No. AI features run on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, so you pay the provider directly for what you use. Gabriel adds nothing on top.
Do you charge for integrations?
No. PSA sync, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Twilio calling are part of the plan, not bolt-ons. PSA sync works with Autotask today, and ConnectWise is coming soon.
What does support look like?
Real human support for every customer. We don't gate response times behind a tier.

Are AI and calling included in the seat price?
The Gabriel software is. AI runs on your own API key and calling runs on your own Twilio account — you pay those providers directly at their rates, with no markup from us. We keep them separate so you're never charged for capacity you don't use. See the signup page for details.
