Why one plan instead of tiers?
Tiered pricing always strands someone — the feature they need is one tier up, but they can't justify the jump. We'd rather price one plan honestly and ship every feature to every customer.
Are there really no object limits?
No contact caps, no deal caps, no pipeline caps, no automation caps. The CRM is yours to fill.
What about the AI features — are those metered?
AI email writing, workflow generation, and predictive insights are included. Heavy enterprise-scale usage is governed by fair-use limits, not per-call billing.
Do you charge for integrations?
PSA integrations (Autotask, ConnectWise), webhooks, and the full API are part of the plan — not bolt-ons.
What does support look like?
